Vendor number searches must be entered with the exact number. Must click “GO” to initiate the search. If the vendor number is incorrect, no results will appear. Must click “SELECT” to display payment details.

Multiple vendor numbers may be set up.  The following are the more common reasons for this:

A vendor number is set up for each different address. A vendor number is set up for the different types of payments.  Example - Landlords with housing contracts will have a vendor number starting with "45".  If a payment to a landlord is submitted from Human Services, the vendor number will start with "50"
